Requirements outside the agreed scope may require revised timelines, additional charges or separate written approval.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bitmint Lab retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, product architecture, reusable modules, frameworks, libraries, tools, templates and proprietary technology.
Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement.
Third-party software, libraries and services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Fees and Payments
Prices, subscriptions, milestone payments, taxes, billing cycles and payment schedules will be stated in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice, subscription plan or agreement.
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of access, delayed delivery or other actions permitted under the applicable agreement.
Third-Party Services
Bitmint Lab products may rely on third-party services including hosting providers, payment gateways, communication providers, APIs, app stores or other external platforms.
Their availability, pricing, policies and functionality are controlled by their respective providers and may change independently of Bitmint Lab.
Confidentiality
Where confidential business, operational or technical information is exchanged, both parties should use reasonable measures to protect such information, subject to any applicable confidentiality or project agreement.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable products and platforms, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, internet failures, third-party dependencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
User Responsibilities
Users and customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information where required.
- Using Bitmint Lab products only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Protecting usernames, passwords and other access credentials.
- Ensuring they have appropriate authority and permissions for information uploaded to Bitmint Lab systems.
- Maintaining backups where backup responsibility is assigned to the customer under an agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bitmint Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use or inability to use our website, products or services.
Specific liability limits may also be stated in the applicable subscription, proposal or service agreement.
Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where there is a material breach of applicable terms, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment or as otherwise permitted under the applicable agreement.
Governing Terms
These website terms are intended to operate alongside applicable Indian law.
For specific commercial engagements, the governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms stated in the applicable signed agreement will take precedence.
